As much as I love working out and being active, I also love having my favorite sweats and a yummy drink in hand, watching movies, playing card games, and taking delicious naps.
I absolutely love surrounding myself with people who are not willing to settle for mediocrity. Being around high achievers is where I personally thrive.

The passion behind find your fit
My passion for health and the fitness industry as a whole, is because I fell for the fcked up sht that they sell young girls at a young age, and I forced myself out of that toxic mindset all throughout my 20’s and the beginning of my 30’s. It lights my heart on fire to helping women and men fight against what they have been taught about their own bodies, and TAKE their power back so that they can live a sustainable and healthy life in whatever way that means to them.
Specialization: I specialize in active older adults, sports performance, adults with disabilities, and youth athletics. My expertise covers a range of fitness needs:
Active Older Adults: I create tailored workouts to boost strength, flexibility, and balance, enriching vitality in later years.
Individuals with Disabilities: Through adaptive routines, Danielle empowers those with disabilities to achieve fitness goals and confidence.
Youth Athletics: I craft holistic training programs that enhance performance and prevent injuries, unlocking young athletes’ full potential.
Sports Performance: My approach blends nutrition and training, optimizing performance with injury prevention.
Education/Experience: ACE Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist; Precision Nutrition L1 certified; DLD Nation OFNC, 10+ years teaching/ coaching experience.
